Darknets and the future of P2P investigators

Ars Technica mentions an interesting trend in relation to the latest release of P2P client Limewire: the rise of darknets.

It reminds me of the John Gilmore quote from years back: “The Internet interprets censorship as damage and routes around it”. Although in this case I wouldn’t quite call it censorship.
